At Ginger's Greenhouse, we want your home to flourish with every purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all non-perishable decor and accessories. Please note that live plants are final sale to ensure the health and safety of our botanical collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our greenhouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
